Money AI · Last updated: June 2026. This policy describes how Lisa Braun, as an individual developer of the mobile application Money AI, collects, uses and protects your personal information. It is governed by the laws of Georgia and complies with the GDPR where applicable.

1. Who we are

Money AI is an AI-powered career navigation app that helps users discover income paths through personality testing and AI consultation. Developer: Lisa Braun (individual developer). Jurisdiction: Georgia. Contact: hizentaray@gmail.com

2. Information we collect

• Account information: email address, password (encrypted), display name
• Authentication data: if you sign in with Google, we receive your email and name (never your Google password)
• Test results: your answers to the career-type test, stored locally on your device
• Chat history: messages you send to the AI consultant, stored locally and sent to the Google Gemini API for processing
• Subscription data: purchase confirmations from Google Play / App Store (we never store payment card data)
• Technical data: IP address (used briefly for rate-limiting, not stored long-term)
• Advertising data: Google AdMob may collect your device Advertising ID (a resettable anonymous identifier) and general device information to show relevant ads

We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, biometric data, or any sensitive personal information.

3. How we use your information

• Provide personalized AI consultations based on your test results
• Maintain your account and chat history across sessions
• Process subscription payments and grant PRO features
• Show advertisements through Google AdMob to support the free version
• Protect against abuse (rate-limiting, fraud prevention) and improve accuracy

4. Third-party services

• Firebase Authentication (Google LLC) — stores your account securely
• Google Gemini API — processes chat messages. Messages are not used to train Google models when sent via API.
• Google AdMob (Google LLC) — serves advertisements and may use the Advertising ID for personalized ads
• RevenueCat — manages subscription billing
• Google Play Billing / Apple StoreKit — process payment transactions
• Render.com — hosts our backend server (no user data stored)

5. Advertising

The App is free and supported by advertising from Google AdMob: banner ads, interstitial (full-screen) ads, optional rewarded video ads, and app open ads. The Advertising ID does not contain your name, email or any directly identifying information.

You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time. On Android: Settings → Google → Ads → delete the advertising ID or opt out of ads personalisation. Opting out does not remove ads; it means the ads shown will be less relevant to your interests.

6. Data retention

• Account data: until you delete your account or request deletion by email
• Chat history: stored locally on your device; deleted when you log out or uninstall
• Subscription records: retained for 7 years as required by tax laws
• Server logs: automatically deleted after 30 days

7. Account deletion

You can delete your account directly in the App: open the Privacy Policy in the App, tap Delete Account and confirm. Your credentials, quiz results and AI chat history are removed. Anonymized statistics that cannot identify you and information we are legally required to keep may be retained. Requests are processed within 30 days.

8. Your rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR and Georgian data protection law you may access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete your account (right to be forgotten), export your data, object to certain processing including personalised advertising, and withdraw consent at any time. 9. AI-generated content

The App uses Google Gemini to generate personalized advice. AI responses are recommendations, not professional advice — always verify financial, legal or career decisions with qualified professionals. AI may occasionally produce inaccurate information, and we are not liable for actions taken solely on AI suggestions. You can report any inappropriate AI response with the in-app report button under each message.

10. Children's privacy

The App is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us for immediate removal.

11. Security

HTTPS encryption for all data transmission, Firebase-managed password hashing, rate-limiting to prevent unauthorized access, and no storage of payment card data on our servers.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
